Features ¶

Creating and editing the dashboard widgets has been revamped to simplify and streamlined the experience.

The selection of data and shape has been changed to allow new data to be added in the future.

Add reset data button in Data Tab ¶

Platform admins can now reset the project data directly from the “Data page” of the project.

Warn user creating manually a End of case rule, when another End of case rule already exists ¶

In the “Business rules” tab of the project “Settings page”. A warning now appears when clicking the checkboxes in the table for changing the current “Finished case rule”. A warning also appears when creating a new business rule that is checked as a “Finished case rule” (only if a “Finished case rule” already exist).

Update of translations for German, Spanish and Japanese. The latter got the iterations of the word 異型 to バリアント.

Dashboard widgets without data are displayed incorrectly ¶

The Dashboard should clearly indicate when a widget has no data. This clarity will help users understand that there is no data present, thereby reducing confusion regarding the actual status of the displayed widgets.

An error occurred when calling a dimension of task level on the "Cases" tab of the Analysis page ¶

In the case of accessing a task level dimension/metric in the 'Cases' section by mistake. The previous error was difficult to understand the problem. The new error should be more understandable to users while reporting it.

Investigation cards don't have the right height and width on certain resolutions ¶

Fix “Smart Investigator” cards sizes when resolution of navigator window is between 1520px and 1920px of width.

On archived project, business rule can be created before unarchive is done leading to computation failure ¶

Fixed a bug which allowed to create or update end case rules while project was still archived, leading to end case rule computation failure.

NaN value in a custom metric leads to query error ¶

Some NaN (Not a Number) formats were incorrectly detected in custom metrics, causing errors when reading data after indexing. Now, all NaN formats are considered and replaced with a null value during indexing.

Wrong date format is not surrounded in red ¶

Not possible to move in Gantt view ¶

The height of Gantt view was adjusted. It’s possible now to use the scroll bars to view the Gantt in its entirety.

Case explorer view window stops in the middle of the screen ¶

The available panel height and width when viewing the process view of a case in the “Case Explorer” page is now updated when changing the navigator window size.

Link to public api documentation leads to outdated page ¶

In a workgroup settings, the Open API page previously displayed a link that led to an outdated public API documentation. The link now leads to the correct version of the documentation.

Missing information in chart's labels of workgroup quotas page ¶

In a workgroup settings, on the “Quotas” page, labels of the chart were missing information. This has been fixed to make the chart easier to analyse.

Mismanagement of expired workgroup in workgroup administration pages ¶

A comprehensible error page is now shown when going to the workgroup administration pages when the workgroup is expired. It displays the name of the workgroup, the expiration date and a link to the support platform.

Smart Investigator Management Page ¶

A new page in the project is available, Smart Investigator. You can create an analysis for the Smart Investigations of a process situation (set of filters) and see the results after the calculation.

Smart Investigator from Process Analysis and Case Explorer ¶

When filters are present on Analysis or Case explorer pages, you can directly create a investigation based on current filters, with the ‘Investigate’ button

Smart Investigator Details ¶

Clicking on the Smart Investigator “View Influencers” button now send you to the results page of the analysis. It contains different data on the influencers found.

Add tabs to Smart Investigator page to separate Auto and Custom Investigations ¶

Smart Investigator management page now has two tabs to separate Smart Investigations done “manually” via filters, and “auto” Smart Investigations done through the detection of targets.

Create cards and status management for auto Smart Investigations ¶

Slightly different cards were created for auto Smart Investigations, ones that reflect the target feature of the analysis in place of the filters used.

In the details of an Auto Smart Investigation, when a feature of type “dimension” is selected (frequency aggregations or custom dimensions) a new widget is displayed demonstrating the target metric and the frequency for each value the selected dimension.

In the details of an Auto Smart Investigation, when a feature of type “metric” is selected (duration, custom metrics, rework or percentage of conformance) a new widget is displayed demonstrating the target metric, the frequency and the selected metric coefficient.

Change of behavior of details for Auto Smart Investigations ¶

While checking Auto Smart Investigation details, the widgets displayed for each of the features discovered are different from the Manual Smart Investigations.

Let the user know when no workgroup administrator was selected during workgroup creation ¶

As a user, I want to know the reason why the “validate” button in the “Workgroup creation” page is not active when an email was written in the email field but not yet validated.

CSV export : case distinct value aggregation is missing in dimension column ¶

In the CSV file exported from Analysis, the dimension column headers do not specify distinct value aggregation at case level, if such aggregation exists.

On the Analysis page, clicking 'Select All' displays incorrectly when there is little data to show ¶

In the Analysis page, if there are fewer than 11 cases/tasks/links to display, clicking on the ‘Select all’ button does not remain checked.

Cannot click on next button while checking column type on data ¶

Instant cases were excluded when a rework filter was added. Instant cases are now taken into account when adding a rework filter.

Implement demo workspace page and management ¶

As a platform admin, it is now possible to create a new type of workgroup; demo workspace. Those workspaces can be assigned to multiple workgroups and contain projects fit for demonstration.

Implement new projects rights in workspaces ¶

The project visibility setting, in the “Members” tab of the project settings, has been changed to be able to accommodate both project in workgroup and in demo workgroups.

A project in a demo workspace can now be

private (default)
public (visible by everyone on the platform)
shared
- by languages (visible by all users on the platform, with this language)
- by workgroup (visible by all users withing those workgroups). Authorized workgroups are managed by a platform admin
- language and workgroup sharing conditions can be mixed (logical AND)

Select a frequency with non-total statistic in bubble charts should not be possible ¶

It is no longer possible to select the FREQUENCY metric with a statistic other than TOTAL in bubble charts. This combination is not authorized by the application's business rules.

Switch the family of tags when selecting a conformance ¶

On the Analysis page, when a conformance is selected as a view metric, if that conformance is associated with a family of tags, the user is prompted to select this family of tags.

Limit the visibility to a workgroup ¶

You can now control the visibility (displayed/hidden) of workgroups in the “Projects” page, but changes will only be saved during your browser window session, they are not saved on your user profile.

You can now also sort your workgroups in descending or ascending alphabetical order.

Transfer Prediction tab from project settings to Data page ¶

Prediction results and state was not available for common users of a project. Now prediction tab is transferred to the Data page as an expansion panel, with the same actions conditioned to the project administrator.

We've enhanced the case rework widget on the Analysis page to highlight relevant rework information. You can now see the evolution of cases rework over time, as well as how much case rework is taking place according to a selected dimension.

Vertical range variant selection ¶

The “variants shown on the view” popin is now displayed as a vertical Barchart opening up on the right side of the screen. Optimization were made on large bar charts to reduce slowness. The update on the view upon cursor release was replaced by a validation button.

Sales/Customer Success - Reporting/Monitoring usage ¶

As a Sales Representative or customer success director, I want to be able to report on consumption (used cumulative cases), as well as active cases (consumed/used simultaneous cases) for each customer.

Platform administrators can link a mining workgroup to a design organization during workgroup creation. Organization members will have access to workgroup at login.

In the analysis page, task and link widgets now display additional statistics according to the variants selected in the view.

For all widget details, it is now possible to show data based on view selection.

Provision workgroups in the future ¶

Provision workgroups in the future, but assigning them a future start date for activation. A proper message will be displayed for a normal user if he tries to access it in an anticipated date.

Add change of concurrency icon in process view when selecting variant ¶

In the Analysis page, concurrency data and icons on the view diagram tasks are now updated whenever you select variants in the variant list on the right side panel.

New time series data visualization in the Analysis page ¶

In addition to existing aggregations, it is now possible to visualize temporal data by grouping them by week, month, year, week of the year and month of the year in widgets on the analysis page.
